Prior to the sale, the field manager came to my home 3 separate times to verify measurements for the windows. During that time the office staff helped me with permitting from both my HOA and Lee County. The actual installation was handled by a crew led by a master installer who insisted on perfection. I'm so glad we found Storm Troopers Windows and Doors. We needed a single, broken window repaired or replaced and other window companies had a minimum replacement requirement of 3 or more. Storm Troopers was the only one willing to replace just one, and their estimate for an entire window was so close to a repair estimate from another contractor for just the lower sash, that it made more sense to go with Storm Troopers.
